Tulips are actually right up there with Orichids and Irises as being some of my favorite flowers. Daffodiles, too. Oh and Gerber Daisies. Yep. Love them too.
Well, I like to look at them anyway. I have a black thumb when it comes to growing things. lol
Green thumb? *Snort* Don't look at me. Okay, so I don't exactly have a black thumb, I just find gardening exhausting and too much effort. I have two plants in my front window, and that's sufficient for me. Lower maintenance than a garden - I just add water a couple times a week and the occassional plant food.
My friend Kim, on the other hand, has really gotten into gardening since buying her own house. I don't mind helping to plant, but my back and knees draw the line at weeding.

These tulip shots are amazing! I think I like the red shot better, mainly because the flowers fill the entire frame.
