OMFG... I'm telling you, some people in this world are too stupid to live. Seriously. This is an actual email exchange with a customer:

Customer: Looking to order 3/8 oz in XYZ and cant (sic) find them except in white on your website, can you help me?

ME: The 3/8 XYZ is a discontinued item. We only have regular white (no glow) left in stock.

Customer: So Im (sic) going to get the glow or the regular white?

AUUUUGGGHHHH! Someone pass the Calomine lotion, won't you? I think I'm starting to itch...
