  1. I never heard any of these songs, but I recognize most of the artistes. I'm just discovering Dave Matthews Band, love them! =)

  5. Betty - Happy to introduce you to some new songs. If you know the artists then you might like what I've posted!

Adelle - Love Morrison's "soulful" music. I don't think I've listened to Etheridge in quite a while. Hmmm...

Megan - Why, thank you! *VBG*

Desi - No rap or hiphop, but I like to think there's something here for everyone. I hope you hear something you like! ;)

  6. Shelley - I'm not real familiar with Snow patrol's work, but I do like what I've heard.

Hazel - Isn't it just? Cracks me up every time I hear it!

Stephanie - Thank you! Seem to be a few Snow patrol fans here. *g* ;)

  8. Okay, not into any of those. Actually, I'm not sure I've ever heard any of them! LOL!

You so have to get an iPod! They're so fun!

  13. Living It - Thank you!

Flicka - Thanks! Wilco is a good band!

Paige - *Gasp* None of them? You have to have heard of DMB and Green Day at the very least. Would love to have an ipod/mp3 player but you know--those cost money.

  14. Brenda - Being read to can be nice, too. I can't even remember the last time someone read to me.

Alice - Glad you liked! :)

Calico - I love music, too, and admit to some eclectic tastes. Have fun exploring the artists who were unfamiliar to you!

Cheeky - Thank you! That Kings of Leon song is one of my absolute faves these days.

  15. Never heard of most of these (I am a country music fan) but any music that makes you feel good is great in my opinion.

  16. Oh GREAT LIST!!!!!
I love "Funny The Way It Is".

  17. That's some good stuff (I'm going to have to check out the artists I'm not familiar with though). :)

And if you want an mp3 or mp4, I know some of them are really cheap, depending on what type you want. The little nano ipods aren't that expensive nowadays.

  19. Kandyblossom - I admit I don't listen to much country, but as you said - if it makes you feel good... ;)

Jen - I had a feeling you might approve. *G*

Rosetta - I have thought about a music player, but right now a new camera is at top of my list. Mine broke!

Mary - happy to inspire! *G*

  21. I must be too old. I don't know any of the songs and I only recognize Green Day and the Dave Matthews Band.

Then again, if they haven't been on NPR in the last year, I haven't heard of them. ;P

    Happy belated TT!

  22. Janice - I couldn't imagine NOT listening to music. It's too much a part of my life!

Jill - Isn't that GD song awesome?

J Lynne - I figured if nothing else people would recognize those two artists. I don't listen to NPR. I find too much talk while working distracting. Music on the other hand... That's an entirely different wave length. ;)

  23. I don't have an Ipod or MP3 player, either. But I'm still not familiar with any of these songs.
