Found this little guy crawling amidst the bean plants Monday afternoon. I haven't seen one of these in ages! I relocated him outside the garden after taking his picture.
Legend says that the thicker his black bands, the harsher the winter. Thankfully, this little guy looks pretty normal to me. I'm tired of the record-breaking winters of the past decade.
I haven't seen any in ages either. Too cool. Wait, doesn't that mean we're in for a harsh winter?
