Owing to the pleasant Indian summer we've had the past two weeks (15 to 20 degrees above normal), the New England Asters are still blooming at the Arboretum. Alas, they won't be around much longer, as temps take a dip back down to normal this week.
Hi Shelley! I bet there's a ton of flowers blooming in NZ right now. It's amazing how many asters are still blooming--they really stand out on a prairie that has gone mostly dormant for the coming winter.
Pretty. I'm enjoying all the spring flowers we have at present.
