Whisper Falls is the third book in Toni Blake's "Destiny" series. I've just started this one, so am not too far along in it yet. Here's a little teaser peeking a little ahead of where I am.
Hate to say it, but I think she has a point.

She does have a point but maybe he didn't make a move for the same reason she didn't.
