The niece, AKA THE BUG, models a green leprechaun top hat at Old Navy. Hope whatever you do to celebrate today puts a spring in your step and lightnes your heart.
I spent the day picking up limbs and junk in the yard so the spring in my step was broken. But! I am now lawn mower prepaired so hopefully I'll get my "yard man" to come one day this week and give the yard a good haircut.
Alice: LOL... You can keep the corned beef and cabbage. I'll settle for wearing green (which I did) and Shamrock shakes (which the boss bought the day before). I was going to make mint brownies, but the store had the nerve to be out of mint extract. No mint fudge sauce, either. Hmph!
Happy St Patrick's Day to you!
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan! : )

Ah, the joys and pains of home ownership. Glad I don't have to worry about that!
ReplyDeleteLove the hat.
ReplyDeleteIt just occurred to me that I was careful to make a pot of corned beef and cabbage, but forgot to wear green.
