Thursday Thirteen 274: Tees for Writers

This week's Thursday Thirteen was inspired by Jennifer's post from last week. This is for all my friends who write — whether you writer to be published, or write solely for yourself. Enjoy — and remember that these designs are available in other styles and products besides those shown below. Click on any tee to be taken to the appropriate website.

  1. Novelist, schmovelist. Poets don't need no T-shirts, no.

  2. I love these! I might have to, ah, "invest" in some of them this summer. Heh.

    Happy TT!

  3. I have one writer's T-shirt, which I love. I always get a comment on it. It says "Careful or you'll end up in my novel." I would enjoy owning a few of these!

  4. Oooooh some of my favorites!!!! I saw one once that said "I don't get revenge. I have plot devices." I laughed when I saw it, but everyone around me was puzzled. LOL!

  5. "I'm not inattentive, just composing" would be good t-shirt for bbq socials.

ever wonder who took all these house number photos for capcha?

  6. I like "Yes I'm a writer. No, I don't want to hear your story idea." I can't tell you how many people have tried to get me to writer their book for them.

  9. Anthony: One of each, huh? lol

Shelley: I think you need some of the reasearch and plotting ones for all your travels. *g*

  10. Thanks, Sandy!

Ron: Sure they do! There's no law that says you can't plot someone's demise through poetry. It has been done. *G*

  11. Kimberly: Hehe...why do I get the feeling you'll be shipping more than books home this year? I wonder if you can find some in Italian?

Heather: Thank you, I thought people might like these. *g*

  12. Anita: I saw a lot of variations on that one at both sites. I think you'd have to be careful where you wore some of these, lol.

Jennifer: Glad you liked. I saw one I didn't post that said something along the lines of "writers get revenge on the page."

  13. Pearl: That would be a good one for both poets and musicians. And good question on the house numbers, lol. Maybe that could be another T13 idea -- but I'd have to wait until it warmed up a bit. ;)

Alice: I think a great many writers can relate to that. Hard enough transfering what you see in your own head to paper, nevermind trying to do it for other people -- and it's not like writers are ever at a shortage for ideas. :-/

  14. Thanks, Paige. Glad you like. *G*

Mia Celeste: Thank you. Believe me, there were a lot more I wanted to post. Maybe I'll have to do something like this again. Hehe...

  15. I like the last one best! I saw one I liked somewhere. It said "I'm Blogging This."

  16. There really are some great t-shirts out there these days.

  17. Colleen: The last is one of my favorites, too -- although I also love the one says "I'm killing you off in my next novel." Maybe I should design my own... "Be careful -- I'm running out of room to hide the bodies." :-D

  18. Harriet: There are indeed! I keep seeing more I like. *g*

  20. These are great! I've been known to say, you better be nice to me or I'll give you a slow painful death in my next book. Thanks for the chuckles.

  22. Adelle: Ha! I love it. Glad you enjoyed the featured selection.
