ReplyDeleteShelley: It may seem a bit odd to some people that city neighborhoods would have free-range wild turkeys, but such is life in Madison. Mine is one of several urban neighborhoods that sees a lot of them, due to our proximity to various nature preserves, such as the UW Arboretum.

ReplyDeleteMia: I am glad it is warming up, though 54F to 88F in less than 48-hours was a bit much this week. Of course, that is better than the COLD temps we had Thursday through Saturday, which included three nights of frost/freeze warnings. The weather has been so crazy this year!

ReplyDeletePearl: Yes, they are violets. There are various shades of purple, as well as white ones. I much prefer seeing them dotting the lawn than dandelions.
ReplyDeleteOh I believe you, for sure. I have the same problem with my Etsy pictures. It's a ton harder to get a good one than to take a picture of a mountain.
ReplyDeleteYes, landscapes are a lot easier to get than macros - though, as you pointed out in your post yesterday, it can be difficult to get a good one that doesn't include power lines these days.
