Yeah, that's one of the downsides of all our lakes and other bodies of water. Saturday afternoon, a couple friends and I were putting up Christmas lights outside when at least 400 (if not more!) flew overhead, returning from feeding in nearby fields. I don't think I've ever seen so many in flight at once. It was pretty awesome.

ReplyDeleteI notice this year that there are even fewer geese than before. It's like spotting one has become a once in a lifetime event.
