    Kristin: We've been able to open the windows a few days now, but the temps are dipping back into the more seasonable 40s now, so we'll have to wait a few weeks until we can do so again. It was nice while it lasted, though.

    Yup, LOL. Ziva always alerts one to when there is a squirrel about. ☺
