Bucky on Parade #10: Gemutlichkeit

This German-themed Bucky is located outside the Capitol, on the Carroll Street side. According to Wikipedia, "gemutlichkeit " is a word used to convey the state of feeling of warmth, friendliness and good cheer. It is the current ad campaign by The Wisconsin Department of Tourism.
