Bucky on Parade #33: Ink'd Wisconsinly

"Ink'd Wisconsinly" can be found at the intersection of State Street, Gilman Street,  and Broom St. The artist, Stripe, is a professional tattoo artist who also participated in CowParade Wisconsin in 2006 with "Sir Loin," and Artzoobilee in 2010 with a giraffe called "Melman."
