Oh my - when you said you were featuring a "slightly bigger cat" this week on your WW, you did not disappoint!

Gorgeous tiger! Thanks for sharing with us at Wordless Wednesday at Create With Joy!

Yvonne: Thank you! ☺

Thanks, Karren!

Joy: Glad I didn't disappoint. : D

You are so lucky to live close to a zoo. All I've seen in weeks are simi-wild types: yacks, goats, camels, house cats....

Alice: And not just a zoo, but one of few completely free zoos in the US. *G*

Yaks, huh? I've seen my share of goats, camels and house cats, but don't think I've ever seen a yak.

Super cool! Way more cooperative than the tiger I tried to photograph last month. He was taking a nap behind a post! Thank you for stopping by my blog earlier.

Thanks, Natasha! The tiger was much more cooperative than our male lion, who was hiding behind foliage instead of sunning himself in the open (though we did hear him roar once or twice).

I never got all that close. If I'd know the yack family would turn them out before we got there, I'd have been more bold with the ones we found along the side of the road.

Sorry you weren't able to get closer to them--maybe next time! ;-D
