Only did a handful of cards for Halloween this year. My goal was to use up some of the leftover images or paper scraps from last year. Here are the three card designs I came up with:
Card one uses the jack-o-lantern from the retired "Sweeter Treaters" set by Stampin' Up.
Card two: The cats are punched. I was crafting with a friend and she had a bunch of leftover black cardstock from the cards she was making. I dug around in her punch drawer and found this cat, which worked perfectly with the size scraps she had. The "Black Cats Prowl" stamp is by A Muse Artstamps. Also used the ticket corner punch here from SU.
Card three: Image from the retired "Haunted House" set by Stampin' Up. The image is matted on black, then mounted on black bases using dimensionals -- they really "pop" in real life. Image is computer-printed and punched using the SU Word Window punch.
Don't forget -- Daylight Savings ends tonight. Be sure to set your clocks back before you go to bed!

I love making cards and have been falling down in that. That will be my next crafty project..after the free motion quilting class and the stocking I have to finish. Aren't crafts supposed to be fun???
Rebecca: I'm feeling very much behind in my Christmas crafts this year. A friend and I got together yesterday to work on cards. She almost has her Christmas cards done already, while I worked up ideas for a friend who wants me to do some cards for her. We usually work through a few seasons of TV shows on DVD during these weekly/semi-weekly events, or do a movie marathon.
Cute! I especially like the one with kitties.
Thanks! ☺
