Great stuff. Thanks. Things peaked out here, mostly, earlier this week. Now, more & more leaves in the wind. Pretty soon we'll be able to see our neighbor through the windbreak. Bummer.
Ron: We're just about peak color now, though some trees have already lost their leaves. I took some gorgeous shots of the Arboretum tree line Tuesday, not included here. I hope to share those Friday.
Alice: It's amazing how many flowers are still in bloom while trees are dropping their leaves left and right. With frost possible the next couple nights, that may soon change.
Jana: I'm going to have to remember that for a blog title next fall. For a couple of weeks the streets around here were littered with these small yellow leaves. They are now dust and have been scattered by the wind, while larger leaves of every color start to fall.

Sandy: Aw, thanks! ☺
Such a warm glow. And the aster purple adds drama!
Gorgeous. All of them are absolutely gorgeous. And who knew you could have flowers and dieing leaves at the same time?
Wow, what beautiful pictures--the leaves, the turkeys and the milkweed. :) Awesome. You've inspired me to appreciate fall anew.

Wow, we haven't gotten to that point yet. Beautiful shots.
Thanks, Anita! We're getting cooler nights, so the colors are really starting to pop now.
Those first couple of shots look like the yellow brick road. :-D
All of these are gorgeous, though.
