Abandoned -- B&W

Margie convinced me to play with this one and change it to B&W -- or, more precisely, gray scale.

Both are great shots, Heather. Keep up the good work. Do your pictures ever inspire you to write? ; ) I think that they could generate a story or two.

Cool..now mount it and frame it and you can have an exhibition...

I agree. This is a very cool photo...both ways. The black and white though does lend it a more "artistic" feel if that makes any sense. ;)

Thanks, you three.

Margie, every year when we go to the Art Fair on the Square, I'm amazed at how much some of the photos go for, matted and framed both. And every year I look through what the "professionals" have to offer I can't help thinking that some of mine are nearly as good as theirs.

And yes, were I to ever win the lottery (which, I realize, you have a better shot of doing if you actually play), I'd lay in a supply of black frames and white mats and figure out how to mass produce some of my better shots. Why do photography classes always cost do much, btw?

And yes, Jana, that did make sense. *g*
