For Sherrie... I started this one last winter and only got half of it done before Christmas. So, it went back on the project list for this year and I finally dug it out and finished it this month.
Another project from this year's list of crafts to do. When I first started this one, I thought it would take forever. Once I got going on it, though, it worked up really fast. Attaching all the little cutouts was a bit of a challenge, though. This one is going to friends in Norway. The white "stars" on the navy background is all French knots, and edging along the sleeves, hat and bottom of Santa's robe is yellow cording--and what fun it was to stitch in place!
I haven't decided who to give this one to yet. Maybe Tricia, since I have no other ideas for her. Like the one above, it worked up pretty fast once I got going on it, but those French knots on the red sweater were a PITA.

You know, I'm always amazed by the things that you create. You are something else.
*Blush* Why, thank you! :)
Gorgeous! Ditto what Tesha said.
Thanks, Jana!
Wow, H. First--congrats on finishing those! Knew they were on your list. Second, WOW again. Those are precious. Amber's is beautiful and the bears, too darling!
Thanks, N! I'm actually making great progress on Kathy's, too. I try to work on it a little bit every day and have been photographing my weekly progress for my craft journal.
