You have a Midland accent.. is just another way of saying "you don't have an accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. You have a good voice for TV and radio.
But really... I'm from the top of the Pacific Northwest. Most people can tell I'm from somewhere else, they just can't identify that.
hehehehe
Are you from Wisconsin?
hehehehe
LOL - I've often been told I don't sound like I come from Wisconsin. Maybe that's the early Colorado influence, though I've worked hard to correct any accent I may have had when the 'rents came to their senses and moved back here. My mother claims it sometimes comes out on certain words, like "cow" of all things. Go figure!
Midland, gee that came as as surprise...not. LOL Trix, yours did not come out Midland?
Jana, you've been blamed for this one, eh?
Hugs,
Nichole
