Huh. Concerts...yeah...Sir Mixalot? in the 7th grade. Don't tell my mom.

I need to get out more.

Sir Mixalot?? ROFL...I suddenly don't feel so bad about being dragged to Michael Bolton. *WG*

Wow, I don't think I've been to thirteen concerts in my whole life, unless you count school concerts. I'm jealous!

lol In my releasing novella, "The Marian Kind", the corpse has Billy Joel as her cell phone ring and is/was a mad fan, but I swear I wasn't thinking of you. :-)

I'm impressed. I don't get to go to many concerts. The last one I went to was Norah Jones.

Yeah, but have you seen Billy Joel? LOL! Cool list, darlin'.

I can't remember half of the concerts I went to many moons ago. I think that's a good thing though. *wink

I just went to Billy Joel this year. Before that - it was a loooong time!

Wow. I don't think I've been to 13 concerts. I'm deprived!

But I DID see Phil Collins when he was in Phila. :) Ah, the good old days... LOL!

I love Phil Collins! I wish I could count that many concerts, but only if you count the open air festivals and stuff that I went to just see a particular singer.

And Jenna, try Kiss in the 8th grade... :D That was a long time ago! LOLOL

Wow... I didn't know Air Supply still toured. The last concert I went to was Bon Jovi two weekends ago. *g*

Hmmm ... do I sense a pattern here?

I'm like the others, I doubt I've been to 13 concerts. Unless we count my kids' band concerts ... NOT! *lol*

Mmm. I love concerts. Going to see Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson the end of July at Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo, yee-haw!

I'm seeing a Billy Joel/Phil Collins fascination here. Hmmm...

Robin~ Believe me, I was surprised I had actually been to that many. Adding the Madison Symphony was the only way to make it come out (and, sadly, I have only seen them once.

Heather said...

Babe~ Suuuurrrreeee you weren't. ;)

Shelley~ I haven't been to one in a few years now, but there are lots I'd like to have gone to. Including Norah Jones and Michael Buble.

Gina~ I know, it's a shame I've never seen him in concert, huh? LOL

Heather said...

Adelle~ Did some things you shouldn't have at those concerts, did we? LOL

Ember~ He does a great show, doesn't he? We had awesome seats last time we went--bird's eye view of the pianos. Sometimes floor level seats really aren't the best.

Heather said...

Jenn & Diana~ Phil rocks! I wish I had half the energy both he and Bette Midler have during their concerts.

Diana~ If I counted open air concerts...say Concerts on the Square or Summerfest...I'd be way above thirteen (But I can't remember the names of all the local groups we've seen at Summerfest).

Tempest~ The Air Supply concert was actually a long time ago. Summer of 1993, I think. It was a free concert during the county fair that a local radio station sponsored.

Heather said...

Debbie~ As someone who has played in many an orchestra concert, I have to send a shout out to your kids. Hehe...

Seeley~ See above comment to Tempest, LOL.

Stella~ You are welcome to Dylan. Ugh! Can't stand him myself, but hope you enjoy the concert!

Heather said...

Lorelei~ I'm (obviously) not too much into country myself, but hope you enjoy the Big & Rich/Gretchen Wilson concert. I know someone who would be positively jealous. *g*

Paige~ Phil is AWESOME in concert. It's non-stop music from start to finish, everyone on their feet dancing and singing along...just a ton of fun. Well, except the big band one. That was good, but much more sedate.

Crystal~ Hehe...ya think? *BG*

Elizabeth Parker said...

Gee, I don't remember too many concerts. Does Wayne Newton in Las Vegas count? That's been a while. Hehe

Wow, you like Billy Joel. I'd love to see Elton John or Bette Midler in concert, bet they're amazing.

angeleque said...

I can honestly say I haven't seen any of these in concert. But have been to some great ones. Janet Jackson, New Edition, Prince, Prince, Prince (I love Prince)

P. Robinson said...

I love Phil Collins- and live music!

Heather said...

Elizabeth~ LOL...Wayne Newton, huh?

Ava Rose & Kissa~ Phil and Bette are both fabulous in concert. They are constantly in motion, which makes YOU feel exhausted by the end of the show.

Angeleque~ New Edition?? Why do I suddenly feel old? LOL

Stephanie Secrest said...

I saw Air Supply too! And Billy Joel--a couple times when I was a little kid; then again in '99.

Phil Collins? Never seen him. If I ever do, I won't be able to get the South Park episode out of my mind. ;)

Great TT! I may have to steal yours for a TT of mine.

Heather said...

Hey Stephanie! Air Supply was pretty good, too, weren't they? Okay, not as good as BJ, but good. Feel free to borrow the idea for a future TT! *g*
