From a friend's garden--so fresh and vibrant, they seem the embodiment of summer.

Oooh! I love lilies! My husband has promised to give me planting space around the trees in my front yard, and I decided last week that I would fill it with lilies.
1) keep as still as you can. Use a tripod if you have one, or prop camera on top of something sturdy. 2) Take lots of pictures. At least one is bound to turn out perfect (and with your digital you can get rid of th blurry ones and just print the good ones).

Oh, I bet that will look lovely, Lynn. You'll have to take pics and post them to your blog when you do.
Loverly. :-)
I can't ever get photographs of flowers to look right. I've tried numerous times but they always come out fuzzy looking.
Thanks, Jana.
The key to getting a good flower picture?
1) keep as still as you can. Use a tripod if you have one, or prop camera on top of something sturdy.
2) Take lots of pictures. At least one is bound to turn out perfect (and with your digital you can get rid of th blurry ones and just print the good ones).
