It's Your Day

Exceedingly gloomy weekend here, with persistent rain and thunderstorms since Saturday morning. There's a lull at the moment, but more rain is expected throughout the afternoon and evening--and every day this week. Yuck! Great sleeping weather, but not much good for anything else, especially outdoor activities. Unless, of course, you're part duck. We decided to pass on the Sweet Corn Festival today, seeing as how it's supposed to rain again and parking is in a large, muddy field. Hopefully we'll have better weather three weeks from now for The Taste of Madison.
