Father and daughter saunter across the Capitol Park during a snowy afternoon in Madison. Tuesday's high was a mere 8F and isn't supposed to be any warmer Wednesday. In fact, we are under a windchill advisory extending from midnight to noon. Thankfully, they say it will warm up into the low to mid-30s over the weekend ~ which is what we would consider a "heat wave." *grin*
