Nice, I've got to check some of these out. I'm glad you're still doing TTs too!

Here's my TT: http://bettysbooks.blogspot.com/2009/01/thursday-thirteen-6-reasons-for-reading.html

Oh, I love that list. I'm reading "Say Goodbye" by Lisa Gardner. Kinda creepy, but I love it.

Happy T13, Audrey! I'm holding strong also. http://www.ninapierce.com/romanceblog

Hey, I'm a Diva LOL I am reading the third book in the Twilight Saga and surprisingly I am thoroughly enjoying it.
Happy T13!

I'm reading Throne of Jade by Naomi Novik (very well written series, so far) and I'm reading The Horse and His Boy by C.S. Lewis to my 7 year old.

I'm still doing TTs as well!

Betty - Yay! So many people still doing TT! I will definitely pop over and check yours out!

Nina - I saw that you were reading Gardner's latest. Have you read all of her books? She's a new-to-me-in-09 author, but I can see me trying to hunt down more by her.

Jayedee - Happy to accomodate you, LOL. The TBR list can never be too long! *g*

Adelle - Yes, but YOU hadn't commented in this week's RD discussion when I compiled my list, LOL. Isn't that series addictive? I finally saw TWILIGHT this past weekend. Overall pretty good, though there were some important details that seemed missing (esp if there was a chance of subsequent films). It had me wanting to at least skim the first book again. Will look forward to hearing what you think of the last book.

Hi Mary! It's been ages since I read CS Lewis - I hope your son is enjoying the books!

Paige - Glad to see you have a list this week! I think someone else I know was reading Vampires are Forever. *sigh* Ya'll are slowly trying to "turn" me, aren't you? ;)

I'm rereading a Ngaio Marsh book "Last Ditch".

Great, book tips are always welcome! I'll check them out.
I'm re-reading "Dewey" today!
Thanks for visiting my TT.

I'm a slacker this week, not reading anything. I am trying to knock out a list of cards I need to make, THEN I'll go pick up a good book. Happy TT!

Jennifer and Tink - Thank you both for visiting and sharing what you are reading! Happy TT!

Hi Ornery! Nothing wrong with taking a mental vacation now and then and doing something creative. I have a bunch of cards I need to make myself. LOL Thanks for visiting!

Nice list. Going to go investigate some of these.

I'm reading Lora Leigh's "Mercury's War" and Stephenie Meyer's "Eclipse."

I'm reading Edgar Sawtelle - in fact, I need to log off and get on that! Nice list of books - our version of T13 is up here...

Heather said...

Kandy - Thanks, I hope you find a few titles that interest you!

Tempest - I hope you are enjoying both books. I read all of Meyer's series this past summer, and was glad I came to them late enough to devour all four, one after the other, without waiting a year in between each. Happy reading!

Bumbles - I've been hearing a lot about Edgar Sawtelle. I might have to cave one of these days and check it out!

I have not even heard of one of them. What planet am I from?

Eaton Bennett aka Berenice Albrecht said...

A very interesting list of books...I'm reading 'Still Waters' by Tami Hoag. And I am so pleased TT is not lost forever. I plan to put one up next. :)

Heather said...

Colleen - LOL...don't feel too bad. I had not heard of some of these myself. Divas is definitely an eclectic group of readers!

Eaton - Tami Hoag is an author I've heard much about but have not (yet) read. Maybe this year... Looking forward to your list next week!

Right now I'm reading The Story of Sushi: An Unlikely Saga of Raw Fish and Rice (previously titled "The Zen of Fish") by Trevor Corson
