One of the boss-men was out on a local river the other day for a photo shoot and happened to spy this eagle nearby. Not bad, considering he was in a bobbing boat, eh? On a related note (birds of prey), yesterday en route to work a hawk swooped down and landed on the side of the road just as we were turning a corner. Wish we could have stopped to get a photo of him, but backing up traffic at an intersection for a majestic bird is probably not a good idea.
