Yes, my tree is already up and decorated! I pulled the tree out last week, as my sister wanted me to look through decorations for a few items that had belonged to Mom and she (sister) wanted. I hauled out the ornaments Saturday while watching Big Ten football (first half of Ohio State vs Michigan, and second half of Wisconsin vs N'Western -- went to a movie in between). And, as always, Santa has pride of place front and center:
Come back for tomorrow's Thursday Thirteen for a closer look at some of the homemade ornaments on my tree.

I've been meaning to get out to my storage unit to get our ornaments, but we're down to just the little toy truck, and it's having a hard time with the snow on the road.
SOOOO glad we don't have snow to contend with yet, though we did have flurries this morning and they are calling for 1-2 inches Saturday. Hope you can parole your ornaments soon!
We've been getting Wisconsin winter type weather, and grumbling a lot.
Today I had to get a push from the strangers in the road behind me just to turn at an intersection.
Awe man, I'm so jealous. I haven't even begun dragging out my Christmas stuff yet. I was going to this past weekend but, well, you know how THAT went. lol
But your tree is beautiful, Trix! :)
Alice: Yikes! Glad there were some friendly people around to help. I was just telling jana how much I cringe every time I hear about one of those huge snow systems to the west of us, but so far they either give us a near miss, or burn themselves out before they reach us. Something tells me our reprieve will soon be ending...
Jana: Aw, thanks. Maybe you can get your stuff up this weeeknd!
You have a very special collection of Christmas memories.
Your ornaments are nostalgic & festive
