Wordless Wednesday 38: Winter Light

Taken late last Friday afternoon, as an all-day snow was ending.
That's the sun, by the way, not the moon.

This is a bit what our summer skies looked like in Auckland today too!

Creepy skies you got here. Summer in our country is brighter and hotter. Urgh!

Happy Wednesday!

Shelley: We have cloudy skies again today, though the latest big storm is supposed to just miss us again. My sister, however, probably not so lucky.

Eds: The light was rather eerie when I took this, which is what had me running for the camera.

Beth: Our winter has been so "mild" this year, I'm afraid to wonder what's in store for summer.

Momto8: Yes, there is always hope. Thanks for following!

Holy wow! Love this. Especially love the clarification that that's the sun because I seriously did think it was the moon.

We had sleet Monday and you'd've thought it was a blizzard. Everyone debating if the schools would close, etc. hehehe

Jana: Thanks, Jana. And you know I'm ROFLMBO over you people in the south closing schools over a little sleet. Hehe...

At the end of the Summer, the sun would look like this, only red, around here.
