Skywatch Friday 16

We awoke to dense fog Monday morning. At 7am, visibility was a quarter mile, if that.

Zooming in on the building across the street, you could just make out the Christmas tree in someone's window.

Looking out the back window, you could hardly see past the fence. I usually have a clear view of the highway, but only the dim glow of street lights could be seen that morning.

Still looking out the back window, but more to the right, you can see the lighted stairway of an office building, though the walls themselves are nearly obscured.

We've had fot like this a few times this week, too. Love foggy mornings unless I'm driving in it. haha

Great shots. :)

Jidhu Jose: Thanks!

Jana: Thankfully, we haven't had fog as dense as it was Monday, when we were under an advisory until noon. It was awful!

You're really socked in. We're all white and fluffy today.

Alice: That was Monday that we had the dense fog. Today...we finally have snow! Madison got a couple inches of really wet, heavy snow--just right for snowmen and snowball fights. Helped a friend shovel and am paying for it tonight. Neck aches and head feels like it's going to explode. :-\
