Shelley: Yes, that was before our "warm spell" last week that melted half of the snow we got in that December blizzard. This side of twon had almost 20 inches of snow from that storm.
Jackie: LOL, thank you. And you know? I wasn't even trying. I just happened to look out the glass dorrs to see if any birds were at the feeder, and lo and behold - there was a pair of jays. Here's hoping you are finally able to "capture" one!

Well now this just aggravates me. I have been chasing Blue Jays with my camera for tow weeks now and they always hide.

Burrrrr. I always have trouble photographing birds.
Beth F: They can be difficult to photograph. I would love to be able to capture some of the local hawks on film, but I never seem to be quick enough.
