I miss the snow. I haven't seen any in about a month!

A lovely cool relief to look at your pic after our record breaking temps in Sydney of 46C dregrees!!

Snow here in southern Georgia is rare, but I sure would love to have a little of it right now!

Lovely photo!

Ack! That there's a lot of snow. *shiver* And...is that a recliner?? What. The. Heck. lol

Julie: Indeed! And it's actually colder now than when this photo was taken.

Mimi B: I prefer to have snow if it's going to be cold, but not when you get almost two feet over 24 hours.

Brona Joy: Holy cow! I knew Australia had record highs this week, but 46C/115F is crazy. I guess after a high like that a bit of snow would be a nice relief.

Maree: Thank you. Did you see any snow out of that storm that crossed the south last week? I saw on the news that places that rarely even see a trace saw up to a half foot of snow in one day -- more than Chicago has seen this year!

Donna: We've been fluctuating between unusual highs in the 60s in December to unusual lows this week in the single digits, with below zero temps at night and below zero windchills even during the day.

Beth F: You can say that again, LOL.

Jana: ROFL... Yes, it is a lot of snow, and yes, it is a recliner. Someone had set it out at the curb for pickup the week of the blizzard (week of Dec 17), and I couldn't resist this photo after the storm passed. With so much snow to try and plow or remove, there was no pickup of large items for three weeks. They finally hauled it away Jan 7, but who knows what else is under curbside snow?

Wow...now I remember why we moved south from Maine to retire! Oh my goodness....I am glad I don't have to shovel!:-)

Jackie: One of the benefits of apartment living is NOT having to shovel all that myself. I felt sorry for friends who did have to shovel, especially after the plows came through and left two foot wide and three foot high walls of snow at the end of driveways.

I don't think I'd want to sit there!

Linda: Would definitely have been a cold seat!
