Al: You're welcome to it! A week later and we haven't lost that much, despite rain and at least one day near 40F. We are almost 20 inches above our normal total for the season, and more forecast for Monday.
Alice: I don't blame him. I was wishing for my second pair of mittens when I went to the store this morning, as it is really cold today. Temp right now (2:30pm) is 27F with a windchill of 22F, and we have had some flurries. Could see up to 3 inches of snow Monday.
Anita: Very much so -- on both accounts. High today was only 29F (WC 22), and the cold is to linger through the week, with Wednesday - the first day of spring - being the coldest day of the week. Thankfully, they say it is to warm back up into more "normal" temps for this time of year by next weekend.
We're actually looking like spring here. Well, early spring anyway. Half the grass is still brown and the trees are bare, and the mountains are patchy with snow.
I wish it was looking like spring here. We had another 2.6 inches of snow today. I'm waffling between posting more winter pics or digging into the archives for floral pics for this week's Wordless Wednesday. Decisions, decisions...

Very pretty, I wish we had that much snow.

Mr. Al is out there right now. He said something about not walking around as much as he'd like because of the weather. I see what he means.

Lovely. But kind of cold!

Oh, I love this! It reminds me of the poem, "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening". :-)
Jana: Hehe...would have been even better if I had gotten the actual forking of two paths, eh? Alas, this was as far as I could trudge that day. *g*
