We are knee deep in snow and ice too. It will make spring that much sweeter when it finally arrives. (Okay, so I might be telling myself that just to make myself feel better.)

Sheryl: It seems like half th country is still buried in snow this March. Last year we had temps 40 degrees above normal, this year we're 10 to 20 degrees below normal and still getting snow. It can't melt soon enough, lol!
Sigh, I love daffodils. I hope you get some warmer weather soon.

Daffodils have been blooming here since February. Not that I'm bragging or anything. hehehe
But seriously, I'll happily pack up the overgrown weeds that sprouted in my yard overnight and send them to you!
We are the same way except for the snow. Tired of the cold and dreariness of winter, cabin fever is raging here in Kentucky!
Bethanne: Thank you for the compliments on the floral photos. As for winter...I would love to move on, but Mother Nature does not seem as obliging. Cold temps are to linger into April now. :(
Kimberly: LOL -- weirdo! You are more than welcome to all this snow still lingering about. We are about 20 inches above normal, with a chance of more before the month is out. I'm ready for warmer weather!

Hi LuAnn! On the national news tonight they showed the weather map from this time last year compared to today. Last year: almost the entire lower 48 had way above normal temperatures, with hundreds of record highs being set. This year: Aside from the deep south, states are experiencing below normal temps with serious winter storms. It's almost comforting to know we're all suffering together. *grin*
Come visit my blog and enjoy the spring flowers (actually bushes)in my backyard. Your snow looks so inviting to me - but after several months of it I'd probably be yearning for spring too!
Lessandra: Yes, after four months of cold and snow, it does grow wearying. Of course, come July or August we'll likely be wishing it was just a wee bit cooler, lol. I am anxious to see the daffodils, lilac, crabapple and magnolia in bloom again.
