ChloeLocation: Upper State Street

A pretty one located near the new Overture Center on upper State Street. Don’t ask me why the cow with all the ice cream cones is called “Poppy” and this one with all the poppies on it is called Chloe. What can I say, I’m not one of the artists. According to the artist’s blog, it took about 200 hours to paint Chloe. That’s one heck of a time commitment! To put that into perspective, there are 168 hours in one week.
