A friend asked if I could make an engagement card for her, for her sister who will be marrying on a beach. I wasn't too sure about the end result, but thankfully Jess lvoed it, and hopefully her sister will, too! The sunset and beach were created by sponging on the different colors. The inside says, "all you need is love."

Too bad it's still too cold here for a visit to the beach! We were teased with 60 degree weather earlier this week, then had cold rain yesterday and now chilly temperatures through the weekend again. On the bright side, at least it wasn't snow. Of course, we've had snow in May before, so I won't hold my breath that we've seen the last of it this season until at least Mother's Day.
