Rumor has it the landscape across much of the upper Midwest could look like this again over the weekend, with chances for more snow and rain for the following week, and more cold temperatures (it was only 26F when I left the house this morning). The last thing we need is more precipitation of any kind. Lakes and rivers are already causing severe flooding from the Dakotas across Wisconsin and parts farther south. Ain't it always the way that people who don't need it, get it...and those who really do need it, don't?
