Yesterday being unseasonably warm -- we set a new record high of 81F! -- I took a walk around the block last night after dinner. The way my neighborhood is set up, "around the block" translates into two miles, a good workout. I was glad I had remembered to pocket my camera. There were a ton of daffodils in bloom on one corner. I've also seen some purple crocus and early violets, so tulips can't be very far behind. Spring is definitely here!

Lucky bug. We look more like fall than spring. My dd and I did find some buds on a bush just starting, but the grass is still struggling and the trees are bare and yesterday we had hail.
Then again, it's only April. We could get snow in May still.
Yes, we've had snow into mid-May as well, but I'm feeling optimistic we've seen the last of it this year with these warmer than usual temps.
We had more hail yesterday. At least it's warm enough to melt quickly.
Hail, ugh! There's a small chance of that later tonight as severe storms move in. Guess it's better than a foot of snow, lol!
