There was a handful of these blooming on front of
my building for all of two weeks in early May.

Heather said...: Shelley: While there are a great many spring flowers - daffodils, tulips, puccoons, lilies - it seems even more prevelent in summer flowers. I love visiting Greene Prairie in late August, when different variety of sunflowers and goldenrod are in bloom, many of which tower overhead. ☺; Tuesday, June 24, 2014 10:42:00 AM
